The article versions of the oral contributions will be published, after a standard peer-reviewing process, in the Ukrainian Journal of Physics (indexed by Crossref, Scopus, Web of Science) as a special volume dedicated to the BGL-2019 Conference. The length of an article is restricted to 8 journal pages for the keynote speakers and to 5 journal pages for other speakers.
