in March. To facilitate our job, we kindly ask you to inform us about the
expected dates of your arrival/departure if different from May 12/18.
    4. Those of you who need entry visas (see bottom at the main page of
our site) are kindly asked to write us appending also your passport number.
    5. All participants arriving to Odessa by air will be met and assisted
at the local airport according the information on your arrival, we expect
to receive from you by April.
    6. We remind you that the conference will be centered at hotel
“Arkadia”, where the price of a two-bed room is about 45 USD,
irrespective of the number of inhabitants – 1 or 2. Meals will be
available there at prices: breakfast (buffet) – 6 USD, lunch and dinner
(to be ordered in advance) both at 8 USD. In view of the dense program, we
recommend at least to lunch in “Arkadia”. Please let us know whether you

currency exchange and use of bank/credit cards.
    7. The Conference Proceedings will be published in the “Ukrainian
Journal of Physics” (abbreviated title: Ukr. J. Phys.):
https://ujp.bitp.kiev.ua/index.php/ujp shortly after the Event.
Furthermore, selected papers will be recommended for publication in the
peer reviewed journal “Universe”
( http://www.mdpi.com/journal/universe ) provided they will be
expanded to the size of a research article, with about 50% new
materials. More details will be provided at the conference.
    8. Among many options of travel, transit via Kiev (Kyiv) may be
attractive from touristic point of view. Apart from tourism,
participation at a related (astroparticle- and mathematical physics)
follow-up conference in Kiev ( https://indico.bitp.kiev.ua/event/3/ ) may
be of interest for you.
