All participants arriving to Odessa by air will be met and assisted at the local airport according the information on your arrival, we expect to receive from you by April. 6. We remind you that the conference will be centered at hotel “Arkadia”, where the price of a two-bed room is about 45 USD, irrespective of the number of inhabitants – 1 or 2. Meals will be available there at prices: breakfast (buffet) – 6 USD, lunch and dinner (to be ordered in advance) both at 8 USD. In view of the dense program, we recommend at least to lunch in “Arkadia”. Please let us know whether you wish to reserve a (double) room alone or share it (with whom?). Alternative accommodation/board is possible among the great variety of near-by hotels/restaurants/cafeteria. There are no problems or limits in currency exchange and use of bank/credit cards. 7. The Conference Proceedings will be published in the “Ukrainian Journal of Physics” (abbreviated title: Ukr. J. Phys.): https://ujp.bitp.kiev.ua/index.php/ujp shortly after the Event. Furthermore, selected papers will be recommended for publication in the peer reviewed journal “Universe” ( http://www.mdpi.com/journal/universe ) provided they will be expanded to the size of a research article, with about 50% new materials. More details will be provided at the conference. 8. Among many options of travel, transit via Kiev (Kyiv) may be attractive from touristic point of view. Apart from tourism, participation at a related (astroparticle- and mathematical physics) follow-up conference in Kiev ( https://indico.bitp.kiev.ua/event/3/ ) may be of interest for you. 9. We are pleased to inform participants coming with Russian passports that there are no restrictions for your entering Ukraine (visa is not needed!). To encourage you, we shall send you personal invitations. Please send us: your mailing address, date of birth, passport number and the border entry point, which typically may be the Odessa international airport or Konotop for those coming by train, e.g. Moscow-Odessa. In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
