Odessa is a charming multi-ethnical and multi-cultural city on the Black Sea coast of Ukraine. The conference will be held in hotel “Arkadia”, where most of the participants will be accommodated: 24 Genuezkaya St., Odessa 65009, Ukraine . The hotel is located in the hononymous recreation zone of Odessa (see the map). It offers reasonable quality/price ratios and provides a variety of services (conference hall, lodging, meals, refreshment (bar)). Apart from “Arkadia”, participants may choose among a large number of near-by hotels, although “Arkadia”, epicenter of the conference may be the optimal choice. The Organizing Committee will take care of your reservation in hotel “Arkadia”, otherwise everybody is free to choose any alternative e.g. in the neighbouring luxurious (but more expensive) “Atlantic” hotel: 24a Genuezskaya street, Odessa 65009 Ukraine. A limited number of budgetary (cheap) accommodation, also close to the conference site, will be available by individual request. Remember that Odessa in May is crowded by tourists, so reservation must be done in advance. Participants can make reservation in hotel "Arkadia" via the Organizing Committee, indicating their choice in the Registration Form.
The conference fee is equivalent of 400 EUR, payable during registration in Odessa in any “easily” convertible (UAH, RUB, EUR, USD) currency. The fee will cover organization expenses, admission to all sessions, refreshment during the coffee breaks, welcome party, conference dinner, several excursions, publication of the proceeding, etc. That of participants from Ukraine and of undergraduate students will be reduced to 100 EUR, but it will not cover social events. The fee of accompanying persons will be 100 EUR.
There are neither limits, nor problems with changing money (in both directions).
